Do you sell Noritex products directly to consumers?

No. Noritex sells to wholesale stores only.

How fast will Noritex ship my Immediate Dispatch Inventory order?

Noritex works hard to ship your order as quickly as possible. Typical shipping time is 5 to 7 business days after the order has been confirmed and once payment has been received.

What do I do if an item arrives damaged?

Our products are packaged in the best way to avoid damage, but there are some fragile products that can be damaged, so we have made our claims process as easy as possible. Inform your Sales Executive, sending the claim detail and clear photos of each claimed item. We will contact you and process your claim within 15 to 20 business days.

Claims must be made within 45 days after the invoice date. Once the merchandise is received, only one claim will be accepted per dispatch. Partial claims on the same invoice are not accepted. Noritex reserves the right to reject a claim or offer a percentage discount.
